Amd phenom x4 9950 black edition quad core cpu

The other two released were products new to the market, the e and the e. While the TLB issue may have been an issue for some customers, the new B3 stepping introduced in the 9x50 series no longer has this problem. AMD has named the new series with what they are calling their '9x50 series' of processors. This makes things very easy for the consumer to identify the new cpu's when purchasing, and identifying the new B3 stepping processors from the initial 9x00 series.

And newly added to the lineup is the e 1. We have also noticed that the processor has a faster 2. Conficker Virus. Hard Drive Destruction. FSP BoosterX 5. Consumers have been able to purchase a Phenom X4 processor for a couple of weeks now. The comes in two models, the regular version and a BE version, which is the Black Edition.

These little BE tagged processors often are only bucks more expensive, yet have a little treat harbored in them. These processors are given the two thumbs up to overclock, and the little bonus is increased in the form an unlocked multiplier allowing you to really push the envelope on your tweaks. So the BE editions in essence are the 'regular' processor, yet they passed quality and analysis for better overclocking performance and have their multiplier unlocked.

This obviously is the product we'll be testing today. We'll conduct our test in two ways though, first off we'll check baseline performance just like the regular Phenom X4 and then start an overclocking session. Throughout our benchmarks we'll show you the results on both that baseline and overclocked performance with all benchmarks.

So what is the Phenom X4 precisely? Last year Phenom was introduced, it's AMD's first quad-core processor. The bug was fixed and the overall performance of these processors went up dramatically well. There was a little sunshine at the end of the horizon.

Upon boot, 28c mins after load 32c idle and have yet to see anything over 40c with a heavy load 3. Im currently running T in dual channel as opposed to default T. Pros: Top notch performance, and the fan that comes with it is more than adequate for some decent OC cooling.

Cons: "Hey baby check out my processor" has yet to get me a girlfriend. Pros: I have it OC'd to 3. It stays around 33C idle and C while gaming.

I've had it run Prime95 for 9 hours straight and it went to 58C but never crashed and is rock solid. Cons: People who do not know what there doing, do not know how to install stuff, do not read instruction manuals, or use PSU's that do not properly power there system write reviews. Overall Review: The guy who reviewed this before me complaining the machine turned off and he thinks it is a defective cpu..

Well I can tell you now that his problem is his underpowered PSU. My system is almost exactly the same, but I had to upgrade my watt PSU to a more powerful one. The instruction booklet for the motherboard says if you want a high end ghx card you need watts minimum, and if you want 2 HIGH end video cards you need watts!

Like the superheroes of old, the AMD Phenom streaks out of the night to lay waste to your enemies. The Agena has 4 cores that run at 2. Memory transfers get faster than ever.
