Bring up file menu internet explorer

Very frustrated!! Thank you so much for writing this! I found myself with this problem after a toddler pressed various unknown buttons on my laptop. In some cases, it works like a normal left click, in others, it does different things. We just updated to Windows 10 at work. Is there a way to get the menu bar back in outlook?? After reading through dozens of articles about restoring the top of the screen so I can switch between tabs, with no luck, it was as simple as pressing F I like people like you that are willing to post helpful instructions on the internet.

Not only helpful, but very easy to follow instructions. My computer crashed a few days ago and that put me through a little bit of stress getting it repaired. My menu toolbar disappeared as well of course and I had completely forgotten how to recover it. Related to the question posed is a problem I keep encountering with my FireFox browser: Every so often my settings disappear and the browser loses my customizations.

Any insights? Many laptops come with the default of having the function keys perform the Fn functions the icons shown above the Function key number. When you will check it then, your explorer bar will be shown automatically. If you want to show some more options in your explorer bar then, go to the view button, then in toolbar option and after that select the customize option. When you will click customize, then a window will be open.

So from that window you can select more buttons from the left side in the available tool bar and add it to the right side of current tool bars. So you will have more options in the explorer bar. Ok if you have ie 8 etc you click on tools which is all th way in the corner on the tab bar line and a bunch of options will come down.

A V answered. It's hard to go to the toolbar when as you stated, you couldn't see "view, file, etc. Left click one time on the box s and everything will come back. Now you can see some "speedbumps" next to some of the vertical dividing lines. Slowly hover over them, and when your cursor turns into a double ended arrow: Hold the left click down, now move your mouse. Up, down, right, left You can move those bars all over. Now everything stays put, but remember: F11 will still make it disappear.
